Flexible rates
The cancellation deadline is shown beside each eligible rate and repeated in your confirmation. Requests received before that deadline are handled according to the selected terms.
Late cancellation and no-show
Charges may apply after the stated deadline or if a guest does not arrive. Date changes remain subject to availability and any rate difference.
