Room rates
Rates include 7.5% VAT, 10% service charge and 5% Imo State consumption tax. Rates may change without notice.
Check in and check out
Check-in: 2:00 pm. Check-out: 12 noon.
Late check-out between noon and 6:00 pm attracts an additional room charge. After 6:00 pm, a full night’s room charge applies.
Reservation deposit
If your reservation is unconfirmed, a deposit is required on arrival.
Cancellation and no show
For guaranteed reservations, cancel at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room charge. This charge also applies if you do not arrive.
Payment
Payment is accepted by POS card payment, bank transfer or cheque. Cash is not advised and/or accepted.
Payments in major currencies are subject to the hotel’s exchange rate.
